Age Verification: 6cc enforces age verification (KYC) on all accounts. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances, including winnings, will be forfeited without right of appeal.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each user may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 6cc Platform. The registration of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6cc reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 6cc will never ask for your password. You must notify 6cc immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 6cc is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Your 6cc account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Use of your account by any third party, with or without your permission, violates these Terms.
4.5 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 6cc may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 6cc does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment methods that do not match the account holder's identity may be subject to reversal and KYC investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱100; (d) compliance with these Terms in all respects. 6cc reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the 6cc Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by 6cc are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms will prevail for that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds awarded to 6cc accounts must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any portion may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100% while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 6cc reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or related winnings in circumstances where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, low-risk hedged betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, or collusion with other players.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a user's account at any time. Attempting to combine bonuses that are not explicitly designated as combinable will result in one or both bonuses being voided.
6.5 Promotion Withdrawal. 6cc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where operationally practicable. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already issued and active in player accounts at the time of the change.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the 6cc Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified software from licensed third-party providers. Slot and RNG table game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) technology and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 6cc or by players.
7.2 Return to Player (RTP). Theoretical RTP percentages for slot games reflect long-term statistical expectations over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Actual results in any given session will deviate significantly from stated RTP figures.
7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes, 6cc reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes to affected accounts. Winnings arising from demonstrable technical errors will not be honored.
7.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets on 6cc are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published within the sportsbook interface. 6cc reserves the right to void bets on markets where events are cancelled, abandoned, or where the integrity of the event is compromised.

11.2 Service Interruptions. 6cc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled Platform maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond 6cc's reasonable control.
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6cc's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of the User's account balance at the time the claim arose.
11.4 Gambling Risk. Users acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that 6cc does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from use of the Platform. Losses incurred through legitimate gameplay are the sole responsibility of the User.

13.1 Suspension by 6cc. 6cc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
13.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 6cc will provide written notification via the registered account email address in such cases.
13.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding withdrawal holds or investigations.
13.4 Reactivation. Accounts suspended for Terms violations are not guaranteed reactivation. Requests for reactivation of suspended accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at 6cc's sole discretion.
6cc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6cc will provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via an on-Platform notification, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the 6cc Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of 6cc Casino. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 6cc Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
